Considerations regarding evaluation of immunochemical test kits for food analysis. (NMKL Procedure No. 22, 2008)
This procedure covers all types of commercial test
kits for food analysis which are based on antibody
techniques, including both polyclonal and monoclonal
antibodies. It also deals with immunoaffinity
columns (IAC), which work according
to the same principle. The procedure does not apply to test kits
based on DNA/RNA probes.
