The procedure also describes how to prepare and carry out evaluations of a product’s appearance\, odour\, flavour and texture and gives examples on different scales and how these are divided into quality classes as well as examples of product specifications for different types of products. \nParticipants who complete the course will get access to NMKL Procedure No. 16 free of charge. \nThe course is free of charge.
