pH. Determination in foods. (NMKL 179, 2005)


The method can be used to measure the pH of all foods which contain water or which can be mixed with water. The method has not been studied for pure fat products. The measured pH range was 3.6 -6.3. The method is recommended by Codex. pH NMKL 179 Finnish
