Method description

The method describes the use of a biosensor for determination of residual lactose in lactose-free milk/milk products. In 2021, the certificate for LactoSens®R was extended to include determination of the lactose levels in bifido bacterial lactase (e.g. NOLA™ Fit) treated milk, cream and yoghurt samples using the LactoSens®R for NOLA™ Fit Biosensor Assay Kit.
