About
The workshop is arranged by NMKL-NordVal International in collaboration with the National Food and Veterinary Risk Assessment Institute in Lithuania. The material is meant for laboratory personnel, alternative method producers/users, and food authorities working with food analysis. Sometimes using the reference methods can be cumbersome in food analysis, and the workshop will discuss how and when the alternative methods (rapid kits) can be applied, as well as the validation and certification process necessary. Furthermore, some examples of alternative method validation will be discussed both for microbiology and chemistry methods. The workshop is only open for physical attendance and arranged in Hotel ibis Vilnius Centre. Language: English.
