We are obligated to look after the personal information you give us when you sign up for one of our
conferences. We want to briefly inform you of what those data will be used for.

according to you wishes and needs.

How long will we keep your data?
Institute of Marine Research want to keep your data for two years.
Your Rights
All that ask has the right to information about the general treatment of the personal data within a
company as given in Personopplysningsloven § 18, 1. Ledd. We have given this here, and will refer
to this text when asked. Those that are registered by Institute of Marine Research into our systems,
have the right to see their own data. They also have the right to ask that false, incomplete or data
that Institute of Marine Research are not allowed to treat, are to be corrected, supplied or deleted.
Demands from the registered person are to be answered free of charge within 30 days.
