Method description
The RAPID’Salmonella method – short protocol is applicable to a broad range of foods, including infant formula with and without probiotics, animal feed and environmental samples excluding samples for primary production. The RAPID’Salmonella method – double enrichment protocol are applicable to dairy products (excluding raw milk).
