This method specifies a routine method for determination of the titratable acidity in all types of milk and cream.
NMKL 107 Ed. 3 2026 was published 24.06.2026 and includes the following revisions: the NMKL layout was updated, and the option to use pH-meter instead of colorimetric indicator was added.
The method has not been evaluated in a collaborative study.
