New edition: NMKL Procedure 21. Guide for sensory analysis of fish and shellfish.

This procedure is elaborated on the basis of Nordic-Baltic, as well as international, guidelines and standards. The procedure focuses primarily on aspects which are specific to sensorial analysis of fish and shellfish.

NMKL Procedure No. 21 Ed. 3 was published 27 Feb 2024 on the new NMKL template, including updated references. This edition replaces the previous English and Finnish versions.
