NMKL is now Nordic-Baltic Committee on Food Analysis

Food experts from the Baltic countries Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania joined NMKL, and were formally incorporated 29 Aug 2022 at the Annual Meeting. The NMKL Board decided to change the full name to “Nordic-Baltic Committee on Food Analysis” and include the Baltic countries national flags in the logo. Our mandate will expand to include common challenges with methods of analysis for feed and foodstuffs in the two regions. The secretariat will start updating the website with the new name and logo. Future publications will have our new name, but the name change will not affect any work done by NMKL before the date of incorporation.
