Description
The method is collaboratively validated on bakery and potato products, however, might be applicable to other foodstuffs. The limit of quantification is about 15 μg/kg. The test portion is extracted with water and isotopic labelled acrylamide is added. The extract is centrifuged and the supernatant is cleaned-up with two Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) columns. The extract is analysed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, LC-MS-MS.
