Gravimetric determination of fat in milk, cream and milk powder and milk powder products. This method describes a reference method for the determination of fat content in raw and processed liquid milk, partly skimmed milk, skimmed milk and buttermilk with not less than 0.1% fat, cream, milk powder and milk powder products.The method was withdrawn Feb 2025 due to that the method needed revision and NMKL found that other standardization organizations cover the need.
