Description
REPEALED 2022. This method describes the gravimetric determination of moisture and ash in meat and meat products. The method is applicable to all types of meat and meat products, but only to wet materials. Determination of moisture involves drying of the sample at 102-105’C for 16-18 hours. The incineration is performed at 550’C.
