New NordVal certified methods: Kikkoman Biochemifa Easy Plate AC, CC, EC and SA
NordVal International certificates valid until 1 Sept 2025 were issued to Kikkoman Biochemifa Company for the following methods:
- NordVal 059 Easy Plate AC for the enumeration of aerobic plate count in a broad range of foods, pet food, animal feed and environmental samples
- NordVal 060 Easy Plate CC for the enumeration of coliforms in a broad range of foods
- NordVal 061 Easy Plate EC for the enumeration of Escherichia coli and coliforms in a broad range of foods, pet food, animal feed and environmental samples
- NordVal 062 Easy Plate SA for the enumeration of Staphylococcus aureus in a broad range of foods
The easy plate series are prepared microbiological culture plates made up of a waterproof sheet, a dry medium on the sheet and a transparent cover over the medium.
