Description
The method describes LF-NMR determination of fat in fish, fish feed and fish meal. A temperature of 40 ± 2 °C is recommended in the method. Water, carbohydrates and proteins will all be potential interferences since all hydrogen atoms will contribute to the signal. This is resolved using two different approaches (Variant A and B). The tau-value of 50 microsecond is also vital.
