Description
REPEALED 2022: This method is a reference method for the determination of the total, soluble and insoluble dietary fibre in foods. The method is applicable to processed foods, grain and cereal products, fruits and vegetables. Total fibre determined by this method, includes non-starch polysaccharides, resistant starch and lignin. This is an AOAC-AACC-NMKL method.
The methods from our cooperation partner AOAC can replace the withdrawn NMKL method: AOAC 985.29 or AOAC 991.43.
