The NordVal certificate 039 RAPID’Staph, issued to Bio-Rad Laboratories, is applicable for enumeration of coagulase-positive staphylococci (Staphylococcus aureus and other species) in a broad range of foods.
The certificate was renewed for 2 years until 20 May 2026.
This procedure describes how it is possible to measure if a product has the desired sensory properties, and to specify the nature and size of the deviation from the expected quality.
